Creating a Project Plan

When you create a project plan, you create tasks of different types and connect them.

In ELMA you can create a project plan manually or by importing.

To create a project plan manually:

open the project plan page and click go to plan editing (fig. 1);

on the project page, click: Task – Create Project Plan Task, Create Project Milestone, Create Start Process Plan Task (fig. 2).

Import a project plan from MS Project. To learn more about importing a project plan, see the respective Help section.

Project plan editing page looks like this (fig. 3):

You have to publish the created project plan.
