"Tasks (co-executor)" Portlet


This portlet (fig. 1) displays all the user's incoming tasks, in which the user is a co-executor, and brief information about the status of these tasks.

To learn about tasks colors, see Task List.
Click the task name to open its page. If you click on the portlet’s name you will go to the Co-executor filter of the Incoming Tasks section.
The portlet data are displayed as a table. By default, the portlet displays up to ten tasks. To learn more, see Data Display Table.
The Co-executor field below the table shows the number of overdue tasks in which the current user acts as co-executor. Click on a link to open the Co-executor filter of the IncomingOverdue section.
Portlet Management Button:
– the portlet is expanded. Click this button to collapse it.
– the portlet is collapsed. Click this button to expand it.

Custom Portlet Settings

Each portlet has general settings, configured by the system administrator. Users can change the custom portlet settings, when configuring the main page.

Most settings in fig. 2 are common portlet settings. To learn more, see the respective Help section.
Sort By – select the tasks sorting type: Date Created or End Date.
After you have configured the required settings, click:
Save - settings will be saved and the window will be closed.
Save and continue - settings will be saved, but the window will not be closed and you will be able to continue configuring.
