Status – is the current state of the deal. You can change the deal status at any stage.
A deal can have one of the following statuses:
Active
Postponed
Closed (Success)
Closed (Failure)
When you create a deal it automatically receives the Active status.
To change a deal status, click Change Status in the toolbar of the deal page (fig. 1).

In the opened dialog box (fig. 2), fill in the required fields and click Set.

New Status – the new status of the deal.
Comment – a comment to the new status. The comment will be displayed on the history panel on the deal page.
Short Status – brief description of the deal status. This status is displayed on the deal page. You can also add a short status when changing the deal stage.
