Attachment

The Attachment type allows uploading files to the form from the local computer, external storage devices and screenshots (from the clipboard). The system administrator sets the maximum size of attachments in Administration – System – System Settings.
To be able to attach several files and/or screenshots to the form, select the Many-to-Many link type when creating the property.
In Web Application, an Attachment field looks as shown in Fig. 1, which features an editing form of a property. To attach one or several files, drag them or click Load File and select the required files in the opened dialog box.

To attach one or several files, drag them or click Load File and select the required files in the opened dialog box. To upload more files, repeat the actions described above.
Apart from that, in Web Application you can paste one or several screenshots from the clipboard into Attachments. To make a screenshot, press PrtSc on your keyboard. To upload screenshots, click the icon. The Load Screenshot window will open. Press Ctrl+V or +V to insert the required number of screenshots. Press the Complete button to upload the inserted screenshots. Note that this feature is supported only in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome browsers.
By clicking on the icon next to an attachment you can remove the attachment from the list or clear the entire list of attachments. When you click on this button, a dialog box opens (fig. 2), where you need to select a further action:
In Web Application, an Attachment field looks as shown in Fig. 3, which features a view form of the property. Next to the attachment you can see the attachment date and time and the user who attached it.

When you click the attachment name on the view form in Web Application, a dialog box opens (fig. 4), where you can select the further action: open the file in the browser or save it to the local PC.
