E-Mail Format Settings

If sending email notifications is enabled and configured in the system, then only [ELMA] is used by default as the email subject prefix. You can define this value in the E-Mail Notification Settings in the Prefix in Message Subject field. If the system uses several notification types (standard and Rich notifications), then it may be necessary to configure prefixes for each format.
In the EMail header prefixes unit (fig. 1) you can configure additional prefix generation settings for the email, sent by the system users.

Rich is the prefix, used when generating a message subject, if the user uses Rich notifications. For example, if the [Rich] prefix is set in this field, then when a new task is assigned, its executor will receive an email with the subject [ELMA] [Rich] (New approval task).
Default is the prefix, used when generating a message subject, if the user uses the standard message template. For example, if the [Mail] prefix is set in this field, then when a new task is assigned, its executor will receive an email with the subject [ELMA] [Mail] (New approval task).
