System version - version number and the system edition;
Number of licenses - the number of activated and used ELMA licenses;
Registration key - a string of numbers, used for generating activation keys for ELMA system and additional modules;
Author - the component author;
Server token - a string of numbers and English letters. Activated ELMA modules and applications are encrypted in it. It is used for generating activation keys for ELMA system and additional modules;
Set of ELMA components, their installation and activation statuses and the number of activated and unused module licenses.
To get brief information on the activated modules and system licenses, click the “Copy to Clipboard” button in Administration – System – Components (fig. 2).

When you click this button, the information on the activated modules and system licenses will be saved to the clipboard. You can insert it to any text editor.
Contact an ELMA representative or Partner, from whom you have purchased the base license and tell them the module names, registration key and server token. The representative will calculate the cost of the module license;
Register the new activation key, after you have paid for the license.
To register a new activation key, click the Add Key button in Administration – System – Components and enter the activation key in the emerged dialog box (fig. 3).
