ELMA mainpage with portlets of other ELMA systems

You can organize access to information from ELMA, installed on another server, with ELMA Portlets. You can place these portlets on any page of ELMA system (fig. 1).

Adding an ELMA Portlet

Adding an ELMA Portlet is similar to adding any other portlet. You can find it in the Portal Connector unit. After adding the portlet, configure it. To learn more, see the respective Help page.
After configuring the portlet:

Authentication window will open (fig. 3). Enter the login and password of a user of ELMA you are connecting to and click Sign In.

To view all the available portlets click All Portlets. To display the selected portlet in the ELMA Portlet click Add Portlet. The information of the selected portlet will be displayed in the ELMA Portlet (fig. 5).

To configure the portlet of the external ELMA server, click [portlet settings]. The portlet settings will open.
