Goals

A Goal is the main element of a goal map, in the methodology of goal setting, the final state, to which achievement actions and resources are directed.
In this section (fig. 1), you can manage Goal Maps (including archived), ActivitiesSMART tasks and the Goal Tree.
By default, when you open this section, the Goal Maps subsection opens.

This section is available only to the users, who has access to ELMA KPI application. The system administrator assigns the access permissions in Administration – KPI – General Access Settings – Access to the KPI module. Users can view only the Goal MapsGoalsActivities and SMART tasks they are responsible for.
Full access to the Goals section is assigned in Administration – KPI – General Access Settings – Access to the "Goal Management. Goals" section.

Left menu

By default, the left menu (fig. 2) contains:

Goal Tree

The goal tree on the left panel looks like this (fig. 3):

The goal tree consists of the goals and goal groups, created in ELMA Designer or in Web Application on a goal map.
Goals have the icon and goal groups have the  icon. Use the icon to expand the required goal group, – to collapse it.
To open a goal page, click on the name of the required goal in the tree.
