Goal Map Archive

If a goal map is no longer relevant, or all its goals have been achieved, you can send it to archive. All the archived goals are stored in Web Application, in KPI – Goals – Goal Map Archive (fig. 1).

This section is available to the users, who:

have access to view archived goal maps – assigned in Administration – KPI – General Access Settings – View archived goal maps,
have full access to the ELMA KPI application – assigned in Administration – KPI – General Access Settings – Access to the KPI module.

The Goal Map Archive contains of the archived goal maps tree (left panel) and the work pane, which displays the selected goal map. You cannot edit archived goal maps. Top menu buttons are completely the same as the buttons of the Goal maps section.

You can send goal maps to archive and restore them from archive in ELMA Designer.
