Information Elements

Add the name of any KPI management model object to the dashboard.
KPIs, goals and activities are all objects. At the moment, only KPIs are available, this is why the action of this button is the same as the KPI Name button. The name must be bound with an object – specify for the program which object to display on the dashboard.
Add the KPI name to the dashboard. The name must be bound with an indicator.
Add the KPI icon.
The fact value of a KPI will be displayed in this area. If the fact value of a KPI is not specified, the words “Fact value” will be displayed in the web application on the dashboard, instead. The element must be bound with an indicator.
Add a status icon or the fact KPI value. The F letter inside the circle means the fact KPI value. The status is determined by the fact value.
If you bind this element with a KPI, in the web application on the dashboard this icon will be displayed in the color corresponding to the indicator status: green, if the status is good, yellow, if the status of the indicator is valid, red – if the status is bad.
If this element is not bound with any indicator or if the status of the indicator is undefined in the web application, this icon will be yellow on the dashboard in the web application, as in Designer.
In this area, the plan value of a KPI will be displayed. If the plan value of a KPI is not specified, the words “Planned value” will be displayed in the web application on the dashboard, instead. The element must be bound with an indicator.
Add a plan KPI value icon. In the web application on a dashboard, this icon is always blue.
The period name will be displayed in this area. For example, July 2013. This element must be bound with some indicator, so that the program knows which object period to display on the dashboard. If the period is not defined or is chosen incorrectly, the word Period will be displayed in the web application on the dashboard, instead.
Add a period icon.
Add a scale icon. The element must be bound with an indicator. If the object has no scale or is not defined by values (no values are specified), the inscription N/A – no data will be displayed in the web application on the dashboard.
Show an indicator status in the web application on the dashboard as follows:
If the status is good, only the green circle will light up, if acceptable – yellow, if bad – red. If the status of the object is undefined, all circles will be transparent.
The element must be bound with an indicator.
Add a responsible employee icon.
The name of the responsible employee will be displayed in this area. If there is no responsible person, the word Responsible will be displayed in the web application on the dashboard, instead. The element must be bound with an indicator.
Add a trend indication. Regardless of the trend, the arrow is always pointing up because it is just a picture.
In this area, the indicator trend value in percent will be displayed. If there is no trend for the object or it is not defined, the N/A caption is displayed on the dashboard in the web application. The element must be bound with an indicator.
