Outgoing Call

Making an outgoing call is similar for all the supported IP-telephony systems.
You can make an outgoing call on the contractor, contact and lead pages.
To make a call, click the required number in the Phone Number field or Call in the top menu (fig. 1).

If there are several numbers on the contractor page, the list of available phone numbers will be displayed when you click Call (fig. 2). To make a call, click on the required number.

Click Call in the opened dialog box (fig. 3).

The call will be made via the installed IP telephony application.
During the call, the Outgoing Call dialog box remains active.
After completing the call or during the call, fill in the fields of this dialog box.
Subject * - call subject. By default, Outgoing Call is the subject. The field is required.
Description – call description.
Comment – comment to the call.
Depending on the settings, the Description and Comment fields may not be displayed.
To complete a call, select the further action, by clicking on one of the links below the fields (fig. 4).

A form for creating a relationship will open and a notification about successful call registration will be shown (fig. 5).

When you click the Close link (fig. 4) a Call will be created, its page will open and a notification about successful registration will open (fig. 6).
