Resources


Resources can be human, technical and financial. Resources are engaged in a process and are necessary to obtain the required result. Resources are grouped by their type.

To add a new resource to the list, click . In the provided window, specify its type, name and Document ID. To edit an existing element, select it in the list and click . To delete an element from the list, select it and click . Use the up () and down () buttons to move the element in the list. In the resulting document, the element will be positioned exactly like in the settings list.

Usually, business process resources are divided into the following groups:
You can add your own types of resources. In order to do so, first click . In the opened window, click in the Resource Type field (Fig. 2). A window will appear. Enter the name of the new type. Click OK to add the new resource type to the list.
- add a new type.
- edit the selected type.
- delete the selected type.
In the Resource field, enter the name of the resource.
In the Document ID field, specify the properties of the document that contains full information about the resource. In case of informational resources, the resource itself is specified in this field.
Specifics of business process policy settings
On the Normative References tab under the policies tab of the process page, the references are inherited from the global settings. The inherited elements cannot be changed, but you can add other elements to the list, if the current process is based on them.
All the inherited settings are displayed on grey background. The added or changed elements have a white background.
